Position: Charge Nurse

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Supervise the daily operations of the nursing department.
• Manage patient admissions, treatments, and discharge processes.
• Train, evaluate, and mentor junior nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist in managing the pharmacy’s medical supplies and equipment.
