Job Description / Role:
Accountable for delivering and implementing actionable insights to enhance ADIB’s branch throughput. Collaborates with all internal stakeholders to prepare both periodic and ad hoc reports, and provides technical support, particularly regarding monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and governance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and enter data routinely to ensure completeness and high quality.
- Monitor and review data for errors, report discrepancies to the team, and suggest solutions to uphold data integrity.
- Support the team leader in developing and improving database collection and aggregation tools for efficient management and reporting.
- Create and update pivot tables and charts for key performance indicators and fulfil ad hoc requests with relevant reports and visualisations.
- Keep master copies of data collection forms updated and store all documentation electronically for team access.
- Prepare regular presentations by compiling, organising, and structuring data to reflect performance at various levels (Area, Branch, or phases).
- Handle monthly incentive payouts by accurately preparing calculation, coordinating with teams, verifying data, and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely distribution.
- Own incentive‑related data analysis and reporting, compiling and analysing data to generate insights for decision‑making.
- Implement strong control and validation procedures for all incentive data, tracking KPIs such as payout accuracy, processing time, and error rates.
- Set up automated checks to quickly find and fix data anomalies.
- Maintain clear documentation of validation processes and provide reports or dashboards highlighting KPIs and discrepancies to ensure data integrity and drive continuous improvement.
- Regularly review and recommend updates to incentive policies in line with management goals by monitoring their effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
- Support drafting and proposing incentive criteria and policies as directed by management, organising information and aligning proposals with strategic objectives.
- Work with stakeholders and management to deliver accurate, timely data for annual appraisals.
- Gather, clean, and share performance data to ensure fair assessments across teams and branches.
- Create and maintain dashboards or reports on individual, team, and branch performance for annual reviews.
- Recommend and adapt new performance indicator frameworks for varying incentive schemes and business units.
- Analyse past performance data to highlight trends and areas for appraisal process improvement.
- Collaborate on piloting innovative metrics aligned with changing business objectives.
- Apply scientific methodologies to data analysis, utilising information from existing systems while accounting for system limitations.
- Evaluate third‑party data requirements and provide justification before sharing information, grant approval for sensitive data as appropriate.
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained regarding sensitive matters and information.
- Employ predictive modelling techniques to enhance branch targeting, revenue generation, and overall customer experience.
- Conduct basic and descriptive data analyses.
- Identify opportunities to leverage company data to support ADIB Branch Business Growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract and analyse data from various databases, supporting the optimisation and improvement of sales strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive data analysis related to Leads and generate required reports as necessary.
- Provide support in preparing analytics of all relevant transactional data to substantiate resource requirements.
- Assist with maintaining and finalising the Capacity Plan Master Sheet, ensuring updates are made in accordance with management approvals.
- Automate reporting processes utilising Python, Alteryx, Power BI or SQL.
- Apply a scientific methodology to data analysis by leveraging available system data and accounting for system constraints.
- Ensure the ongoing efficiency and reliability of the newly implemented automated reporting system.
Experience Required:
Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, and Alteryx is highly desirable.
Skills Required:
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities are essential for gathering, preparing, evaluating, and integrating complex and detailed information.
- Comprehensive understanding of products, policies, plans, and objectives to proactively adapt to system and procedural changes within the function.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Demonstrated knowledge of key financial concepts.
- Proficiency in interpreting ratios in relation to results statements.
- Advanced computer and systems expertise, including SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
