Job summary

Zoth is at the intersection of AI agents and stablecoins, building the CFO AI squad to automate finance back-office work and move real money. You will own strategy, go-to-market, revenue, and P&L—deciding what the agent can do autonomously and what needs human approval.

You are an ex-founders who has shipped, sold, and led crypto/AI projects, with a track record in B2B sales. This founder-scale mandate offers equity potential and live rails, with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Ex-founder: started and ran a company — raised, hired, shipped, sold, and lived with the consequences.
• Young, hungry & talented: early in your journey with ambition and proof.
• Crypto + AI, hands-on: worked in or built for a crypto company with AI and LLMs.
• Sold to businesses: carried a B2B motion — sourced, pitched, negotiated, and closed.
• Finance back-office fluency: understands AP/AR, reconciliation, treasury, payments, close.
• Execution & P&L leadership: run a team and a number, accountable for revenue and cost.

Responsibilities

• Own the CFO AI squad — revenue targets, pricing, and unit economics.
• Define strategy, target segments, and go-to-market sequencing from design partners to scaled rollout.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and operators — hire slow, ship fast.
• Sell it yourself: source, pitch, and close first design partners and paying customers.
• Build the machine: reconcile, treasury, AP/AR, and close into a repeatable sales narrative.
• Own pricing, packaging, and expansion — from pilot to production to multi-entity rollouts.
• Set the autonomy boundary and guardrails to keep money movement safe.
