Job summary

Yello in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned CFO to lead the finance function in the energy and natural resources sector. You will shape and execute financial strategy, oversee budgeting and planning, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding a high-performing finance team and collaborating with senior leadership.

The role requires extensive oil and gas sector expertise, a strong accounting/finance background, and a relevant financial qualification.

Qualifications

• Extensive oil & gas sector experience is required.
• Strong background in accounting and finance within the energy and natural resources sector.
• Must hold a financial qualification, ideally Big 4.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis and strategy development.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.
