Job summary

Alokozay Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations, drive business growth, strengthen governance and support strategic decision-making.

The CFO will oversee planning, budgeting, treasury, tax compliance under IFRS in UAE, manage audits and risk, and guide senior leadership on investments. This role requires a proven track record in multinational settings and the ability to partner with the CEO and board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA preferred.
• CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA qualification desirable.
• 15 years of progressive finance experience including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, working capital and financial performance.
• Ensure IFRS, UAE tax regulations, VAT and corporate tax compliance.
• Manage audits, financial risks, internal controls and cost optimization.
• Develop financial strategies to boost profitability and growth.
• Lead the finance team and advise senior management on investments.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
• MBA preferred
• Professional qualification such as CA ACCA CPA or CMA is highly desirable
• 15 years of progressive finance experience
• including senior leadership experience
• Proven experience as a CFO Finance Director or equivalent senior finance leader
• FMCG manufacturing distribution or multinational experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS UAE VAT corporate tax budgeting and financial risk management
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic decision‑making skills.
