Job summary

Ener Mech is looking for a Crane Operator to support offshore and on-site lifting operations. You will operate cranes, perform pre-use inspections, and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and client requirements.

The role requires effective team communication and willingness to travel between project sites. The ideal candidate holds secondary education or equivalent and a National Crane Operator Certification, with offshore experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating cranes.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for lifting operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a team and during operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various ad hoc projects as directed.
• Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and the client’s specific requirements.
• Carry out pre-operational checks and inspections of crane equipment before use.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and site personnel to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the crane and associated work areas.
• Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
• Participate in safety briefings and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork.
• Adapt to different project requirements and locations as needed.
• Availability for flexible working hours and traveling to different project sites as required.
