Main Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various ad hoc projects as directed.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and the client’s specific requirements.
• Carry out pre‑operational checks and inspections of crane equipment before use.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and site personnel to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the crane and associated work areas.
• Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
• Participate in safety briefings and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork.
• Adapt to different project requirements and locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education or equivalent technical qualifications.
• National Crane Operator Certification or equivalent recognition.
• Experience operating cranes in a variety of environments, preferably offshore.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices for lifting operations.
• Excellent communication skills within a team and during operations.
• Azerbaijan national.
• Availability for flexible working hours and travel to different project sites as required.
