Job summary

Sourcet Global in Abu Dhabi seeks an accomplished executive to lead the group's performance across real estate development and investments, driving growth while ensuring strong governance, reporting, liquidity management and capital allocation.

You will own budgeting, rolling forecasts, project finance evaluation, and stakeholder engagement with investors, banks and boards, translating financial data into strategic action and delivering board-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience (CEO/CFO/GM Finance) within real estate or asset-heavy groups.
• Strong financial modeling: dynamic cash flow models, project finance feasibility and valuation.
• Track record in portfolio oversight investment evaluation and risk management.
• Strong understanding of governance, audit, compliance and financial controls.
• ERP fluency and ability to translate financial data into operational actions (real estate and development reporting).

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the group across real estate development and investments.

Role purpose

This role combines executive leadership with hands-on financial stewardship. You will lead the overall performance of the group drive growth across real estate development and investments and ensure strong governance reporting compliance liquidity management and capital allocation.

Key responsibilities

Leadership and strategy

• Lead the overall performance of the company ensuring profitability sustainability and market competitiveness.




• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the groups real estate development and investment activities.




• Identify and pursue new projects acquisitions and expansion initiatives; diversify investment portfolios to maximize risk-adjusted returns.

Financial leadership and governance

• Ensure effective management of assets liabilities and shareholder equity while maintaining financial stability and compliance.




• Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements management accounts and board-ready reporting packs.




• Lead annual budgets rolling forecasts cash flow planning and variance management.




• Own capital allocation decisions funding strategy and evaluation of major investments (IRR/NPV sensitivity scenario planning).

Real estate development and investment oversight

• Monitor project feasibility investment returns and development risks across the portfolio.




• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with quality standards and regulatory requirements.




• Ensure optimal performance of real estate assets and investment portfolios including performance monitoring and value enhancement.

Business transformation and execution

• Drive process improvement and business transformation initiatives across finance and operations.




• Leverage ERP and BI reporting to improve accuracy transparency speed of close and decision support.




• Strengthen internal controls policies and governance frameworks.

Stakeholder management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors partners banks auditors and key stakeholders.




• Prepare and present comprehensive management reports for executive and board-level discussions.

RequirementsRequired capabilities

• Proven senior leadership experience (CEO CFO GM Finance or equivalent) within real estate development investment groups family offices or asset-heavy businesses.




• Strong financial modeling expertise: dynamic cash flow models capital allocation project finance feasibility and valuation.




• Track record in portfolio oversight investment evaluation and risk management.




• Strong understanding of governance audit compliance and financial controls.




• ERP fluency and ability to translate financial data into operational actions (real estate and development reporting).

Preferred experience

• UAE or GCC experience in real estate development and investment.




• Experience dealing with boards shareholders and institutional partners.




• Arabic fluency strongly preferred.
