Our client is a forward-thinking fintech company at the forefront of the global digital asset revolution, dedicated to building a secure, compliant, and widely adopted stablecoin solution. Our client is hiring a CEO for a pre-setup crypto exchange to lead this ground-up initiative—from conceptualization and infrastructure build-out to market launch and scalable growth.

As the leader of a brand-new platform, you will own the end-to-end strategy for shaping the exchange’s unique value proposition, building a resilient technical and operational foundation, and establishing a competitive presence in the global crypto trading landscape. This role is ideal for a leader with a proven track record in building a crypto / fintech platform from 0 to 1, or a demonstrated willingness to drive a startup exchange from ideation to market success.

The role can be based in EMEA, EU or Asia.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven 0-to-1 Build Experience (or Strong Willingness)
• Executive-Level Leadership in Crypto Exchanges
• Technical background (highly preferred): Experience leading centralized trading system development (not just custody) at an exchange—with understanding of trading engine architecture, liquidity management, and technical infrastructure for high-volume, low-latency transactions
• OR Business / Product background: Proven success in scaling user bases, driving revenue growth, and launching new trading products (e.g., spot, futures) in a crypto exchange environment.
• Global Regulatory & Market Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements for crypto exchanges across target regions (Dubai, EU, Singapore, U.S.) and experience navigating licensing processes to ensure compliance
