Job summary

Juhayna Group is seeking a highly organized Central Maintenance professional to manage DC maintenance operations and facility projects across multiple sites in the UAE. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, timely repairs, vendor management, cost control, and ensuring reliable service delivery.

You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate with procurement, track invoices, and prepare monthly KPI reports for upper management, while maintaining asset uptime and safety standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical).
• 2–4 years of professional maintenance experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance vendors and external suppliers.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to provide flexibility for emergency tasks outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility repairs and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead maintenance teams across multiple locations.
• Manage service desk, enforce SLAs, minimize downtime.
• Direct contractors, evaluate vendors, and ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with procurement on specs, quotes, and contracts.
• Process invoices, monitor expenses, and assist budgeting.
• Track asset maintenance histories and spare parts inventory.
• Prepare monthly KPI and budget variance reports for management.
