Job summary

Elkaso is seeking a seasoned F&B procurement professional in the UAE to own supplier pricing and commissions. You will negotiate with food and beverage suppliers, onboard new partners, and ensure accurate pricing, delivery, and statements. Your work directly impacts restaurant costs and Elkaso's margins.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in F&B procurement, a proven negotiation record, strong Excel skills, and an existing UAE supplier network. Fluent English is required with Arabic or Hindi valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in F&B procurement, purchasing, category management, or supplier-side sales.
• Excellent negotiator, with concrete examples of prices and terms you've won.
• Extremely organized: handles many suppliers, orders, and price lists daily without dropping a ball.
• Comfortable with numbers: margins, price comparisons, commission reconciliation; strong Excel

Responsibilities

• Negotiate daily with F&B suppliers across categories to secure the best prices for our restaurants
• Send restaurant orders to partner suppliers and follow through on pricing, availability, and delivery
• Source and onboard new suppliers, negotiating commercial terms: pricing, commission, payment terms, MOQs
• Collect commissions from partner suppliers on time: reconcile orders, send statements, chase balances
• Keep supplier price lists, terms, and order records accurate and up to date
• Work with Sales and Ops to fill catalog gaps and share price intelligence with the team

Your mission

Own KASO's supply side: the prices we get, the suppliers we work with, and the commissions we earn. You'll negotiate with F&B suppliers every day, get restaurant orders to the right partners, bring new suppliers on board, and make sure every dirham of commission is collected. The deals you strike directly shape what our restaurants pay and what KASO earns.
