Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods, ensuring correct change is provided and receipts are issued.
• Provide friendly and efficient table service, taking customer orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and addressing any concerns with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register, dining tables, and service stations, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues effectively or escalating them to the manager when necessary.
