Job summary

OX Human Resources Consultancies is seeking a Treasury Assistant for the Group Treasury in Dubai. The role covers cash management, liquidity, payments, and reporting across 30+ group entities.

You will handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and intercompany funding while ensuring internal controls and compliance with bank partners. A finance-related degree with 3–5 years of treasury experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of treasury, cashier or finance experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage group cash balances and consolidate daily cash reports for 30+ entities.
• Process payments and coordinate local/international bank transfers with proper approvals.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and treasury reports.
• Maintain bank relationships and oversee account opening/maintenance and KYC compliance.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure internal controls around treasury processes.
