The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence in craftsmanship and design, taking part in the creation and maintenance of pristine wooden structures and features that enhance the resort's luxurious appeal.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality carpentry work in the luxury resort, including construction, installation, and maintenance of wooden structures
• Collaborate with various teams to produce bespoke carpentry solutions for guest rooms, amenities, and common areas
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications
• Install and repair wooden fixtures, such as doors, window frames, and decorative elements
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe and good working condition
• Follow established safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a focus on high-end hospitality or luxury project
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal carpentry training or certification is preferred
• Strong competency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
