Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Engineering (Manufacturing) in Abu Dhabi to lead a multi-skilled team and optimize plant performance while upholding Safety and Quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of engineering management experience in a dairy/liquid foods setting, with expertise in high-speed packaging machinery and Tetrapak/KHS lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years engineering management experience in a dairy/liquid foods environment.
• Extensive knowledge of high-speed packaging machinery and control systems.
• Experience with Tetrapak filler and KHS line.

Responsibilities

• Lead a self-directing, multi-disciplinary team to maximise availability and efficiency of engineering plant and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to Safety and Quality Standards in day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with internal customers to meet production and maintenance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across packaging lines and utilities.

About the Role:

Requirement:

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 Years Engineering Management experience in a similar role. Working with a multi skilled workforce a Dairy/Liquid food or equivalent environment
• Extensive knowledge of high speed packaging machinery and control systems
• Experience of Tetrapak filler and KHS line
