Almarai - المراعي in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Engineering (Manufacturing) to lead a self-directing, multi-skilled team and maximise operational availability and efficiency of Engineering Plant and Equipment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, has 5+ years of engineering management experience in a dairy/liquid foods environment, and demonstrates extensive knowledge of high-speed packaging machinery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering management in a dairy/liquid foods environment.
• Extensive knowledge of high-speed packaging machinery and control systems.
• Experience with Tetrapak fillers and KHS lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-skilled team to maximise operational availability and efficiency of Engineering Plant and Equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Safety and Quality Standards while meeting internal customer needs.

Requirement:

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 Years Engineering Management experience in a similar role. Working with a multi skilled workforce a Dairy/Liquid food or equivalent environment
