Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Engineering (Manufacturing) in Abu Dhabi to lead a self-directed, multi-skilled engineering team, ensuring maximum availability of plant and equipment while meeting safety and quality expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in engineering management within a dairy/liquid foods environment, and experience with high-speed packaging machinery, Tetrapak fillers, and KHS lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years engineering management experience.
• Experience in a dairy/liquid food or equivalent environment.
• Extensive knowledge of high speed packaging machinery and control systems.

About the Role:

Manage a self-directing, multi-skilled team to maximise operational availability and efficiency of Engineering Plant and Equipment to meet internal customer needs within management performance parameters ensuring adherence to defined Safety and Quality Standards.

Requirement:

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 Years Engineering Management experience in a similar role. Working with a multi skilled workforce a Dairy/Liquid food or equivalent environment
• Extensive knowledge of high speed packaging machinery and control systems
• Experience of Tetrapak filler and KHS line
