Eligibility & Qualifications

• Eligible Candidates: School Health and Welfare Staff, University Graduate


• Minimum Education: Bachelor


• Teaching Experience: 2+ years


• Licenses & Certifications: Other Certification - DCD License


• Additional School Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (QFE Level 7) in any subject may meet the ADEK minimum pathway for a Career and University Guidance Counselor where the candidate is a former/current teacher or educator.


• Relevant career/university guidance CPD as required by ADEK.


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in education, career guidance, university counseling or student advising.


• Strong knowledge of university admissions and career pathways.


• Excellent communication and counselling skills.


• Relevant professional licensing requirements must be met where applicable.
