Qualifications

• Post board certification in relevant specialty
• Tiered qualification levels described (Tier 1-3) with experience expectations as per role

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients according to established standards of care
• Supervise junior medical staff and participate in rounds and training
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, documentation, and patient safety practices
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and on-call rotational coverage
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as appropriate
