Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Cardio Vascular Technologist to prepare patients and diagnostic equipment for procedures and to assist physicians in interpreting results. You will explain procedures to patients and ensure compliance with MOH rules, while maintaining records and stock levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Cardiac Technology (preferable) and at least 3 years of experience, with strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and diagnostic equipment for procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients.

• Coordinate with billing for information flow and insurance approvals for procedures.
• Follow department policies, procedures and quality improvement objectives; ensure compliance.
• Adhere to MOH rules and regulations.
• Maintain all procedure-related records.
• Monitor expiry/expired items and dispose per policy.
• Provide patient care in a safe environment to minimize errors.
• Maintain computerized stock level in the assigned area.
