Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy seeks a Specialist/Consultant Cardiac Anaesthesiologist with UK CCT or equivalent to join a premier UAE healthcare facility.

You will provide specialized anaesthesia and perioperative care for cardiac and major cardiothoracic procedures, aligning with international standards and UAE regulations. UAE relocation, licensing support, and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent required.
• UK CCT in Anaesthetics or international equivalent.
• Fellowship/advanced training in cardiac anaesthesia.
• Post-qualification experience in cardiac anaesthesia per UAE licensing.
• GMC registration and Good Standing where applicable.
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOHAP Specialist/Consultant classification.

Responsibilities

• Provide anaesthetic care for cardiac surgeries (CABG, valve replacement, etc.).
• Preoperative assessments and planning for high-risk patients.
• Administer general anaesthesia with advanced haemodynamic monitoring.
• Perform/interpret TOE/TEE where credentialed.
• Postoperative care with cardiothoracic teams and ICU support.
• Perioperative pain management, fluid, transfusion, and coagulation care.
• Manage intraoperative complications and haemodynamic instability.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, perfusionists and multidisciplinary teams.
