Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy seeks an experienced Consultant Cardiac Anesthesiologist for a leading UAE hospital. You will manage anesthesia for major cardiac surgeries and lead perioperative cardiovascular care, including preop risk assessment and intraoperative management.

The role requires Western board certification, international training, and UAE licensing eligibility, with a tax‑free salary package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognised institution with specialist qualification in Anesthesiology.
• Western board certification in Anesthesiology or equivalent.
• Substantial specialist-level experience in cardiac anesthesia and complex cardiovascular cases.
• Eligibility for UAE Consultant Anesthesiologist licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for complex cardiac surgeries including CABG and valve procedures.
• Perform comprehensive preoperative assessments and risk evaluations.
• Develop individualized anesthesia plans for cardiac surgery patients.
• Maintain intraoperative hemodynamic stability and manage critical events.
• Coordinate with surgeons, perfusionists, and ICU teams for safe perioperative care.
