Job summary

SearchPlus HR represents a top healthcare facility in the UAE seeking a Specialist/Consultant Cardiac Anaesthesiologist with UK CCT or equivalent qualifications. The role involves providing expert anaesthesia and perioperative care for cardiac and major cardiothoracic procedures.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent with UK CCT in Anaesthetics and cardiac subspecialisation.
• Fellowship or advanced training in cardiac anaesthesia where applicable.
• Eligibility for DHA/DOH/MOHAP licensing and GMC registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide anaesthetic care for cardiac surgery (CABG, valve surgery, and complex cases).
• Perform preoperative assessments and develop anaesthetic plans.
• Administer general anaesthesia with advanced haemodynamic monitoring.
• Provide postoperative care in collaboration with ICU teams.
• Support perioperative pain control, fluids, transfusion and coagulation management.
• Participate in emergency cardiac cases and resuscitation efforts.
• Coordinate with cardiologists, surgeons, perfusionists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Relocate to UAE and maintain licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to UAE regulatory standards and international clinical guidelines.
