Qualifications

• 3+ years in card fraud operations, disputes or payments risk.
• Hands-on knowledge of Visa and Mastercard dispute rules and chargeback timelines.
• Strong data skills: SQL and Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with fraud tooling and issuer-processor dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time and post-transaction card activity and act on fraud alerts.
• Investigate suspicious accounts and transactions: account takeover, card testing, BIN attacks, friendly fraud.
• Make block/decline/step-up decisions and resolve disputes under card rules.
• Tune fraud rules and measure false positives against loss.
• Track and report KPIs and support audits.
