Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Captain Waiter to lead the front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest experiences with the highest standards of service.

You will manage staff, coordinate with kitchen operations, and maintain service excellence across all dining activities, including opening/closing duties and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in restaurant service management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction focus.
• Excellent English communication; multilingual abilities preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
• Good time management and ability to multitask during peak service.
