Job summary

Four Seasons in Dubai invites a dynamic Catering Sales Lead to drive revenue and profitability for luxury events, weddings, and corporate functions. You will build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies and planners, and collaborate with culinary and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires proven leadership in catering and events within luxury hotels, a track record of revenue achievement, and a network in the UAE luxury events market.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in catering, events or banquet sales within luxury hotel or resort settings.
• Track record of meeting revenue targets and growing business.
• Established UAE luxury events network for corporate and wedding markets.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and client management skills.
• Commercial acumen with ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading teams.
• Full proficiency in English and Arabic.

• Oversee the planning and flawless execution of luxury events, weddings, and corporate functions.
• Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Analyze market trends and business opportunities to grow market share.
• Mentor, inspire, and develop a high-performing catering sales team.
• Ensure all events reflect Four Seasons service standards and enhance the resort’s reputation.
