Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft and serve premium beverages within our luxury hotel bar. You will deliver attentive, personalized service in alignment with Rosewood’s standards, while maintaining deep product knowledge and engaging guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have hotel/bar experience, a passion for mixology, and a commitment to flawless service in a fast-paced, high-end environment. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bartender or bar support role within a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Passion for mixology, beverage culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash and payment transactions accurately.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
