Job summary

Miral Experiences seeks a seasoned Finance leader to manage Capex, fixed assets lifecycle, and investment governance across its portfolios. The role ensures robust financial control, IFRS compliance, and accurate reporting to guide capital investment decisions.

You will oversee asset tracking, CWIP, impairment reviews, and post‑investment analysis, delivering ICFR‑aligned reporting, budgets, and dashboards to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accounting-related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications (CA / ACCA / CPA).
• 7–10 years of finance experience.
• Strong fixed assets, Capex and financial analysis expertise.
• IFRS knowledge and capital budgeting skills.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and asset modules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fixed assets lifecycle including capitalization and disposal.
• Oversee asset tagging, verification, and reconciliation.
• Prepare Investment Committee packs with financial models (NPV, IRR).
• Lead ICFR and IFRS compliance initiatives.
• Drive Capex budgeting, forecasting, and governance across entities.
• Deliver management reporting and dashboards for decision-making.
