Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader to define and deploy a standardized maintenance and reliability strategy across a highly automated manufacturing campus. You will lead multi‑technology maintenance operations and drive improvements to maximize equipment availability and performance.

The role requires 10+ years in maintenance leadership within high‑volume environments and experience with automated production systems, CAPEX, and EHS compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
• 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience within high‑volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting automated production systems and modern manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the maintenance and reliability strategy for a highly automated manufacturing campus, ensuring maximum equipment availability and performance.
• Lead all maintenance activities across multiple technologies, including MCB Assembly, Plastic Injection, PCBA and automated production systems.
• Establish critical equipment, spare parts and business continuity strategies to minimize operational risk and support uninterrupted production.
• Build and develop high‑performing, multi‑skilled maintenance teams while driving a culture of reliability, accountability and operational excellence.
• Drive reliability engineering, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize maintenance performance.
• Ensure maintenance readiness for new equipment installation, commissioning and ramp‑up, while managing KPIs, CAPEX investments and EHS compliance.

What you’ll do

• Define and deploy a standardized maintenance and reliability strategy across a highly automated manufacturing campus.
• Lead maintenance operations across multiple technologies, including MCB Assembly, Plastic Injection, PCBA and automated production systems.
• Drive equipment reliability, availability and performance through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Establish critical equipment, spare parts and business continuity strategies to minimize operational risk and downtime.
• Champion reliability engineering practices, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance performance.
• Build, coach and develop high‑performing, multi‑skilled maintenance teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure maintenance readiness for equipment installation, commissioning, qualification and production ramp‑up activities.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, manage CAPEX investments and ensure full compliance with EHS, MESH and regulatory requirements.
