Job summary

The American University in the Emirates is seeking a Student Conduct Officer to help enforce campus policies, monitor student behavior, and promote a culture of respect and accountability on campus in Dubai.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in customer service; Arabic and English communication skills; the ability to work under pressure; and a diplomatic approach to diverse student needs, with close collaboration with security and Student Life teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Experience in Student Conduct or Student Life is preferred

Responsibilities

• Enforce university policies by monitoring and enforcing compliance with rules and regulations.
• Address and resolve student conduct issues with due process.
• Document and report misconduct incidents with accuracy and timeliness.
• Patrol campus to ensure policy compliance and maintain a visible presence.
• Collaborate with campus security, Student Life Office, and other departments.
• Prepare detailed conduct case reports and maintain comprehensive records.
• Provide guidance to students involved in conduct cases.
• Perform any other duties requested by the immediate supervisor.
