Job summary

Blueprint is seeking a Marketing Campaign Coordinator in Dubai to support launch plans, track milestones, and manage asset workflows. You will coordinate localization, QA, and distribution of assets while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in marketing or project coordination, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. The role focuses on delivering quality assets on time and improving processes across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or project coordination.
• Experience tracking marketing-project timelines and deliverables.
• Familiarity with creative and marketing-asset workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and proactive written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development of campaign launch plans, timelines, checklists, and project trackers.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and ownership across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain status reports, meeting agendas, notes, and project documentation.
• Coordinate the intake, briefing, routing, review, approval, and delivery of marketing assets.
• Support creative QA and confirm assets meet brand and technical requirements.
• Coordinate localization workflows and final asset distribution.
• Facilitate communication among internal teams and external agencies.
• Prepare creative briefs, presentations, asset lists, and campaign recaps.
• Support operational documentation including SOWs, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Document post-launch findings to support process improvement.
