Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Campaign Data Analyst to support planning, execution, and performance measurement of marketing campaigns. You will extract, analyze, and prepare customer data for campaign activity, ensuring audience accuracy, data quality, and insightful reporting.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI skills, plus experience with CRM and marketing platforms. You will collaborate across Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, and Digital teams and work with cloud data environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, CS, or Marketing Analytics.
• 3–5 years of experience in data/CRM/marketing analytics or campaign operations.
• Strong SQL for data extraction, segmentation, and audience creation.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups) and reporting functions.
• Hands-on Power BI for dashboards and data visualization.
• Experience with CRM, loyalty, and campaign management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data using SQL to support campaigns, audience selection, and segmentation.
• Develop and maintain campaign audiences with accurate targeting and journey rules.
• Create dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to monitor campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, and Digital teams for execution.
• Analyze customer, transaction, membership, and engagement data for insights.
• Monitor KPIs like conversion, response, engagement, retention, and incremental impact.
• Support measurement frameworks and optimize targeting and segmentation.
• Perform audience validation, data reconciliation, and QA before/after deployment.
• Conduct A/B testing analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
• Work with HubSpot and other campaign platforms; assist in automation of recurring reporting.
• Contribute to data governance, accuracy, and compliance across datasets.
• Engage with cloud data environments like Microsoft Fabric or Azure.
