Job summary

The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi is seeking a kitchen staff member to prepare ingredients, cook according to recipes, and maintain high quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of related food service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing.
• Wash, peel, and prepare fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure and mix ingredients.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers; cook according to recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor food quality and maintenance of cleanliness; ensure proper temperatures and safety compliance.
• Set up and break down workstation; maintain professional communication and teamwork.
