Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai is seeking a full-time Coffee Shop Associate to deliver friendly customer service and support daily cafe operations. You will take orders, prepare a range of meals and beverages, serve customers, and ensure a clean and compliant cafe environment.

The role requires at least 3 years of coffee shop experience, and responsibilities include stock checks, paperwork, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to customers in the coffee shop.

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, café, and kitchen areas.
• Assist with stock checks and regular purchases.

Being an active member within a team of staff and volunteers
Preparing and also offering (e.g. morning meals, jacket potatoes, salads, omelettes, toasted items, soups and also desserts).
Making as well as serving hot and also cool drinks.
Taking orders, utilizing a sales register and serving food.
Cleaning tables.
Spick-and-span of cooking area and café area.
Undertaking regular buying journeys.
Preserving as well as adhering to all food hygiene standards/ health and wellness guidelines.
Completion of relevant paperwork: Safer Food Better Service, Cleaning Schedule, Café Float, Stock Sheets and so on.
