Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Field Auditor to regularly inspect and audit convenience store operations, ensure compliance with policies, and maximize sales and gross margin while maintaining quality and inventory control.

The role requires at least 5 years in FMCG/retail in the UAE, fluency in English and Arabic, a valid UAE driving license, and strong communication and analytical abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ FMCG/retail experience in the UAE.
• Proven analytical approach with suppliers and customers.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• PC literacy and driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit C-Stores operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Report findings to Senior Sales Manager and supervisors.
• Follow-up on training, promotions, and inventory controls.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards across stores.
• Assist in implementing promotional activities with suppliers.
• Prepare MIS and progress reports for management.
