What you'll do:

• Place orders for goods and services with approved suppliers, following company procedures
• Secure the required approvals before issuing purchase orders
• Follow up on orders to make sure deliveries arrive on time
• Negotiate prices with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to get cost-effective deals without compromising quality or delivery timelines, and submit them to the Assistant Purchase Manager for review
• Visit suppliers when needed (e.g. urgent cash purchases) and build strong working relationships
• Follow company procurement policies and procedures
• Log all purchases in the purchasing system for accurate tracking and classification

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on procurement experience
• Good understanding of procurement processes
