Job summary

MVA International Headhunters is recruiting for an Investment Analyst / Associate to join its Abu Dhabi investment team. The role targets 2–3 years of front-office investment banking experience, with a strong focus on financial modelling, valuation and investment evaluation.

You will work directly with senior professionals on deal evaluation, due diligence and execution, gaining hands-on buy-side exposure within an established institutional platform.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of front-office investment banking experience, ideally M&A, corporate finance or industry coverage.
• Experience with live M&A transactions, financial advisory or complex corporate deals.
• Strong modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to build investment presentations.
• Good understanding of corporate finance, deal structures and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills, commercial judgement and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Evaluate investment opportunities with financial and commercial analysis.
• Prepare investment committee materials and memoranda.
• Conduct company, sector and market research to support decisions.
• Support due diligence, deal structuring and execution activities.
• Analyse financial statements, forecasts and potential returns.
• Assist senior professionals through the investment lifecycle.
• Deliver high-quality analytical deliverables within a lean team.
