Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Manager to steer Personal Care and Baby category brands across UAE and GCC, managing the full commercial relationship with client managers and leading a high-performance sales unit.

You will oversee annual budgets by brand and channel, drive P&L accountability, plan trade marketing activities, and coordinate with client teams across Retail, Pharma, E-commerce, Wholesale, Government and B2B to achieve growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing Personal Care and Baby category brands in UAE or GCC.
• Solid experience managing Baby Diapers brands.
• Experience managing client products within a trading company setup.
• Knowledge of planning and executing trade marketing activities.
• Strong leadership, project management, and financial acumen.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driver’s license.
