• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and enhance customer service and satisfaction.

• Manage operations of multiple jewellery retail outlets and ensure smooth daily functioning.

• Monitor business performance, sales targets, and retail KPIs across all outlets.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and sales discipline.

• Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Prepare regular management reports on sales, KPIs, manpower, incidents, and operations.

• Take ownership and ensure accountability for retail outlets & factory performance and operational standards.
