Job summary

Legend Holding Group Ltd is seeking a Senior BI / Data Analyst to consolidate data from multiple Business Units into enterprise dashboards and executive scorecards. You will design and maintain KPI dashboards, gather stakeholder requirements, and automate data pipelines to provide actionable insights for leadership.

You will lead data governance, collaborate with Finance and IT on integrations, and support digital transformation initiatives driving continuous improvement across the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.
• Expertise in executive reporting and performance analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and cloud analytics.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate operational and financial data from all Business Units into enterprise performance dashboards and executive scorecards.
• Design, develop and maintain WBR/MBR KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into analytical and reporting solutions.
• Build automated data models, ETL processes and reporting pipelines to eliminate manual reporting.
• Analyze trends, variances, profitability, productivity, inventory, sales, procurement, customer and operational performance providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain KPI definitions, business metrics and data governance standards to ensure consistency across the Group.
• Partner with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Collaborate with IT on system integrations, data architecture and cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, process automation and continuous improvement projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management with clear business impact.
