Job summary

Emirates Group in Dubai is launching a UAE National Graduate Programme for high-potential graduates who will rotate across network planning, fleet, analytics and strategic consulting to shape the future of aviation.

You will work with experienced specialists on real business challenges, develop analytical and problem-solving skills, and have opportunities to pursue a fully sponsored Master’s degree upon successful completion. Travel overseas may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Honours degree in Data Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python is beneficial.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for high‑potential UAE National graduates who are curious, analytical and genuinely motivated to build a career in this area and contribute to the future of aviation.

You should enjoy asking thoughtful questions, exploring unfamiliar problems and turning evidence into practical recommendations. You will also need to be adaptable, committed and comfortable responding to changing business priorities.

As the work can involve international exposure, you should also be willing and able to travel overseas when required.

You Will Need

• A Bachelor’s or Honours degree, 12+3 or equivalent, in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Air Transport Management, Airline Operations Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline
• To be a recent graduate or have up to two years of professional experience
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation and teamwork skills
• Good business awareness and digital literacy

Internship, academic or project experience in analytics, strategy, planning, research or data‑related fields would be an advantage. Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python would also be beneficial.
