Job summary

Emirates Group in Dubai is launching a UAE National Graduate Programme for high-potential graduates who will rotate across network planning, fleet, analytics and strategic consulting to shape the future of aviation.

You will work with experienced specialists on real business challenges, develop analytical and problem-solving skills, and have opportunities to pursue a fully sponsored Master’s degree upon successful completion. Travel overseas may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Honours degree in Data Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotations across specialist areas to build broad business understanding.
• Contribute to defined workstreams and strategic initiatives.
• Turn insights into practical recommendations and present findings to leadership.
• Travel overseas when required as part of international exposure.
