Most companies hire salespeople to sell. We are hiring someone to architect growth, and there is a difference. At Noema we build AI products that change how businesses operate. AI readiness assessments, intelligent sales assistants, custom chat systems, and SaaS Solutions. Selling these does not mean reciting features. It means sitting with a client, understanding their business, and designing the path that takes them from where they are to where AI can get them. Part consultant, part engineer, part closer. We call this person a Business Growth Architect because that is genuinely the job. You diagnose, you design, you build the case, and you win the work.

What you will do:

• Use our assessment tools with prospects and interpret the results in plain business language
• Use our internal tools to generate tailored roadmaps for each client
• Translate technical AI capability into outcomes a business owner cares about: revenue, cost, time, risk
• Own conversations from first contact through proposal to signature
• Feed what you learn in the field back to the product, development and marketing teams
• Grow into a trusted advisor that clients call before they call anyone else
