Job summary

Enzo Living Interiors, a Dubai-based luxury interior design and fit-out company, seeks a Business Development & Sales Executive to expand the client portfolio and drive growth in the UAE market.

The role focuses on identifying and securing interior design, fit-out and renovation projects, generating qualified leads, and building relationships with property owners, developers, and consultants to close high-value contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales in UAE contexts.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new interior design, fit-out, and renovation projects.
• Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• Build relationships with property owners, developers, real estate agents, architects, and consultants.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of high-net-worth clients and corporate decision-makers.
• Manage client meetings, project presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Develop strategic partnerships and referral opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close high-value projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
