Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and initiating relationships with potential clients. You’ll play a critical role in identifying business opportunities and creating the first impression of Flex Tech Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers across target markets.
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their needs and fit with our solutions.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales team members.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns and content strategies.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing activities and nurture relationships through the sales cycle.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in tech, SaaS, or IT services).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
