Role Purpose

Identify, pursue and win FM contracts in the UAE market. The role is purely commercial; your primary deliverable is signed agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and pursue FM opportunities with developers, OAMs, government entities and private asset owners across Dubai and the wider UAE.
• Identify opportunities for contract renewals and additional services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into tender submissions and awarded contracts.
• Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, networking events and industry forums.
• Coordinate with operations and tender department to develop competitive proposals and pricing.
• Leverage Arabic-language relationships to access opportunities not visible through public channels.
• Meet monthly and annual project targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a commercial or BD role within Facility Management, O&M, or a closely related sector in the UAE.
• Proven track record of winning FM contracts — bring your numbers.
• Active network within UAE real estate developers, OAMs, or government FM departments.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker — non-negotiable.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-starter comfortable operating in a lean, growing organization — visa sponsorship not mandatory; freelancers with own UAE trade licence are welcome to apply.
