The Job in a Nutshell: As the Business Development Manager at Vertiv, you will drive and improve vendor sales while meeting vendor and company objectives and targets. You will manage all layers of the sales channel, improving product depth and market share across all tiers. Your focus will be on maintaining current business relationships, improving inactive accounts, and creating new business opportunities. You will also be aware of all project bids and Ingram Micro's involvement in them.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  2. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
  3. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  4. Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  5. Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

Experiences, Skills, and Expectations:

  1. Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in IT.
  2. Experience in Networking and Vertiv or similar products.
  3. Enthusiastic and results-driven with a strong will to succeed.
  4. Self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player.
  5. Strong customer-first mentality, able to utilize relationships to drive results.
