The role involves market research, lead generation, sales support, relationship management, responding to RFPs and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Strong communication, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills are essential as the BDM serves as a key point of contact for new clients and plays a vital role in brand growth and financial performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services and solutions (e.g. software, hardware, cloud services).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
