Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior experience in hospitals, medical centers, or healthcare services to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting healthcare services in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, medical centers).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, administrators, and decision-makers.
  • Promote company services and solutions to healthcare institutions.
  • Develop strategies to increase patient referrals and expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver effective business presentations and proposals.
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client servicing and after-sales support.
  • Represent the company at healthcare exhibitions, events, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in hospitals, medical centers, or healthcare services (UAE experience mandatory).
  • Strong network of contacts in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
