We are a leading contracting company specializing in mechanical, piping, and pipeline infrastructure projects. With a strong reputation for delivering quality and innovative solutions, we are expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Visit existing and potential clients to present company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Identify and collect information on new projects, tenders, and market trends.
  • Promote and sell company products to contractors, consultants, and end-users.
  • Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the estimation team.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate terms to close sales.
  • Maintain an updated client database and sales activity reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in trading and/or contracting sector in UAE/GCC.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, cold calling, and client acquisition.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, MEP, and contracting industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
